Process: Cook rice and allow it to cool. Take a pan pour some oil add all ingredients fry it. mix fried ingredients and grated mango to cooked rice.Garnish with coariander leaves.

Ingredients: Saemiya

Water
Cashew nuts
Process:Take a pan pour some ghee and fry saemiya. Take another bowl and pour water& boil it then add fried saemiya & sugar to it finally garnish with cashewnuts.
Method: Take some quantity of ghee in a pan .deep fry cashews & grated carrots & add some quantity of sugar .pour some milk &stir it continously until it is cooked.

Bottle guard masala curry: Ingredients: Bottle guard onions tomotoes garam masala salt mirchi powder oil Recepe: Take a pan pour three table spoons of oil. add a paste of tomato and onions cook for few minutes. after add bottle guard pieces to it. add salt,mirchi powder and pinch of garam masala. finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Other than that, ground chicken (minced meat) is sold separately which is used to make curries, burgers etc. In India, lot of spices are used for chicken preparations making most of the dishes hot and spicy. In other countries, sweet and sour chicken recipes are made.
