MANGO PULIHORA
INGREDIENTS:
                              Mango
                              Rice
                              Red chilli
                             Oil
                             Jeerawww.tastyfood13.blog spot.in
                             Musturd seeds
                             Ground nuts
Process: Cook rice and  allow it to cool. Take a pan pour some oil  add all ingredients  fry it.  mix fried ingredients  and grated  mango to cooked rice.Garnish with coariander leaves.

SAEMIYA KESARI
Ingredients: Saemiya
                    Ghee
                    Sugar
                    Water
                    Cashew nuts

Process:Take a pan pour some ghee  and fry saemiya. Take another bowl and pour water& boil it then add fried saemiya & sugar to it  finally garnish   with cashewnuts.

FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients: Milk,Sugar, Custard powder, Fruits, Cardamom powder.

Process:- Take  1Ltr  milk  to a bowl and boil it. add two tea spoons of custard powder & three 

cups of sugar  and pinch of cardamom powder. allow it to cool  and mix all types of  fruit pieces.

Carrot halwa:
           Ingredients:carrots
                              ghee
                               sugar
                              cashew
                               milk

Method: Take some quantity of ghee in a  pan .deep fry cashews   &  grated carrots  & add some quantity of sugar .pour some milk &stir it continously until it is cooked.

Bottle guard masala curry: 
            
               Ingredients: Bottle guard
                                     onions
                                     tomotoes
                                     garam masala
                                     salt
                                     mirchi powder
                                     oil
Recepe:
             Take a pan pour three table spoons of oil. add a paste of tomato and onions cook for few minutes. after add bottle guard pieces to it. add salt,mirchi powder and pinch of garam masala.  finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Tomato egg

Ingredients:-Tomatoes
                     eggs
                     onions
                     chillies
                    ginger,garlicpaste
                    oil,curry leaves.
 procedure:  pour some oil,add onions, chilliescurry leaves,tomatoes,salt &ginger garlic paste.finally add some coriander leaves.boil eggs & add these boiled eggs to tomato curry.

The chicken wings are also used to make many popular dishes in other countries. Other than that, ground chicken (minced meat) is sold separately which is used to make curries, burgers etc. In India, lot of spices are used for chicken preparations making most of the dishes hot and spicy. In other countries, sweet and sour chicken recipes are made.
